Pennsylvania Resources Council is excited to announce that we will be partnering with Allegheny Clean Ways to host the 2nd Annual Pittsburgh Wild & Scenic Film Festival! Initially a project of SYRCL (South Yuba River Citizens League), the Festival combines inspirational and beautiful filmmaking with pressing environmental issues to educate citizens and communities and to inspire action across the nation to protect the environment.
