Light up Night in Sewickley

From 5 until 9 pm. 





Stroll the streets of the Village while enjoying food from street vendors, free horse drawn carriage rides, and live holiday entertainment on two stages from No Bad JuJu, Dancing Queen and many local dance groups.  Local stores and restaurants will be open for shopping and dining.  The lighting of the village to start at 6:30pm and will be followed by a fireworks show.  There will also be free carriage rides and free parking.

Holiday Brown Bag Concert at Pittsburgh Opera

Location: 2425 Liberty Avenue, in the Strip District

This one-hour concerts features our Resident Artists in the George R. White Opera Studio at Pittsburgh Opera Headquarters in the Strip. Bring a friend and bring your lunch!   The concert features holiday music old and new, and there will be goodie bags and activities for the kids.

A Nutcracker Holiday Party

Unleash the magic of the holidays with a festive, family-friendly open house at the PBT Studios. Dance The Nutcracker with PBT School instructors, view performances from the production, enjoy Nutcracker sweets and bring along your camera for a photo with characters from this beloved holiday tradition. Bring to life your own visions of Sugarplum Fairies, Nutcracker Princes, and other colorful characters with crafts courtesy of the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse. Special guest Radio Disney will kick off the event with holiday hits, prizes and games!
In the spirit of the holidays, PBT encourages attendees to bring a food item to donate to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. All who donate will be entered into a drawing for a Nutcracker gift basket featuring tickets to the production.
