2011 Market Results

Each year, RE/MAX agent Charlene Haislip compiles a Market Results Report for the Pittsburgh area, showing the change in the real estate market as compared to the previous year.  This year’s report indicates a fairly stable market, with little change in overall sales or median values compared to 2010.  A few areas did very well; median sales price increased significantly in Allegheny West, Highland Park, O’Hara Township, Reserve, Spring Hill, Verona and Downtown Pittsburgh.

Any of our agents will be happy to discuss the results with you.  Call 412-521-1000 or visit our website for more information.
