Celebrate Earth Day with Pittsburgh Citiparks

Spend a day outdoors celebrating nature at the free Citiparks Earth Day Celebration sponsored by the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and 91.3fm WYEP.  The 151-acre Frick Woods Nature Reserve offers an extensive trail system and an impressive array of habitats filled with Pennsylvania’s native plants.  The perfect setting in which to enjoy numerous family friendly, nature-oriented walks and workshops, including animals, nature walks, tree planting, eco art activities, music, an invasive plant sweep, and more.

Free Shuttle Service!
Shuttle buses will pick up passengers at three locations:
      Liberty Elementary School (Shadyside)
      Faison Elementary School (Homewood)
      Greenfield Elementary School
