Friday SkyWatch at the Science Center

The Carnegie Science Center invites you to learn about the wonders of the stars and explore globular clusters, nebulas and planets with their 16-inch Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope! Volunteers from the Amateur Astronomers Association will show you the ropes as you get a spectacular view of outer space…for only $2! Parking is $5 for non members and $3 for members.

Location: Carnegie Science Center (1st Floor – A guide will lead you to the observatory on the first floor for a mesmerizing view of the Point and Downtown Pittsburgh).
