Electrifying Valentines

Anybody can buy a Valentine’s Day card. Show you really care by making your own card that actually lights up! We’ll have everything you need to make a bunch of truly ELECTRIFYING Valentine’s Day cards. (This activity is suggested for teen-agers and adults.)
