Want to go out to a yard sale this weekend that's a little bit different from the norm?  Designer Discard will be this Sunday starting at 11am.  It's not just a yard sale, but also an art sale!  Artists from all over the city will be selling their work or craft creations for great prices.  Your typical array of yard sale items to search through, so all you traditionalists need not worry.  Plus it's a great way to see and meet some new faces in the artistic community of Pittsburgh!

It's Time! Pittsburgh Pierogi Fest

Do I really need to write any more?  Well, I'm going to anyways.  Just think of it: restaurants from all across Pittsburgh selling some of the best pierogis around all in one spot.  In case you just wanted to do a bit of eating but show your love for this doughy creation, there will be vendors selling all kinds of memorabilia.  And your favorite runners will be there too- The Pirates Pierogies will be there for photos!  Come by, listen to music, grab some great food and bring the whole family!

Exposed: Songs for Unseen Warhol Films

Exposed: Songs for Unseen Warhol Films, as its world premiere is presented in celebration of The Warhol Museum's 20th Anniversary in partnership with The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and UCLA’s Center for the Art of Performance.  Comprising of 15 short Warhol films, you'll be getting a new look at films that have only recently been digitized thanks to MPC/Technicolor.  Great for Warhol lovers and 70's music aficionados, this is sure to give you a pop of culture that your week needs!
