The Quest starts with a "Balloon Glow" Thursday July 16 at 9 pm. with 25 balloons participating. Scotland Meadows Park in New Castle, PA 16101

Balloon launches are scheduled for Friday evening, Saturday morning/evening, and Sunday morning. Find out more!

Evening launches are between 6 & 7 PM
