The Beginning of the Universe... and Dust in Our Galaxy Dr. Arthur Kosowsky, a top expert in cosmic microwave background radiation, will speak about a new discovery made using the BICEP telescope at the South Pole earlier this year and its implications, which could open a remarkable window into physics. Dr. Kosowsky is a professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Pittsburgh.
