The Festival features 47 screenings of 27 films at four
locations and showcases the best in Asian and Asian-Amercan film. This year films will be playing at Regent Square Theater, Melwood Screening
Room, Carnegie Museum of Natural History’s Earth Theater, and Waterworks Cinemas.
The Festival opens with Palestine’s Oscar-nominated film
“Omar” on April 26th and closes with the Japanese melodrama “Mourning Recipe”
on May 4th. Foodies, thrill seekers, and sports fans alike will
enjoy the line-up including a remake of the Oscar-winning “Unforgiven”,
Bollywood-style films, a documentary about cricket, and family drama about hula
