This brilliant silent feature stars Harold Lloyd, considered the "third clown" behind Chaplin and Keaton. IN 1990 the Librarian of Congress selected The Freshman for inclusion on its National Film Registry-meaning the film has been deemed culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.
